Staying at Munro House was lovely. The home is beautifully decorated, especially for the holidays. The stunning 20-foot Christmas tree in gold ornaments made a lasting impression. Breakfast options were plentiful, and I couldn't get enough of the "Almond Joy" French toast—it was divine! Special orders are welcomed, making it perfect for those with dietary preferences. I appreciated having engaging conversations with Mike and Lori during breakfast. they created a warm atmosphere that felt personal. However, the room was a bit cramped, especially the shower, which could use a tub or larger space. We didn't have a refrigerator or microwave in our room, which would have been helpful. A minor issue arose with our room, but Mike quickly resolved it to our satisfaction, which added to the positive experience. Overall, I’d return for more of those Vanilla Malt waffles!

The historic charm and peaceful surroundings make it memorable.
The shower was cramped, and it lacked a microwave and fridge. We found the room somewhat limited in terms of amenities, which detracted from our overall comfort. Although the nights were restful, the absence of basic conveniences was disappointing.

Couples cozy retreat
The breakfasts were amazing, just like they said. I had the most amazing 'Almond Joy' french toast, it was divine. And the warm exchanges with Mike and Lori at the breakfast table. Afterward, I enjoyed some quiet time watching a movie, and they even served popcorn during it!
It wasn't exactly pocket change, but worth every penny.
